People often ask, “What was the hardest thing about going raw?” My answer? Nothing really. It’s been a great learning experience and a lot of fun. I love my food! I eat a greater variety of raw foods now than when I ate cooked food and easily maintain my weight and excellent health.

 

I truly believe that most people are looking for a way to stay healthy, happy, lean and fit. What’s great about a Raw Vegan Lifestyle is that you can regain and maintain your health, be kind to animals and help heal our planet. Now that makes me happy!

In addition to the information found here on my website, if you’d like to know exactly what I eat in a day, check out my FitDay Journal. I personally eat 100% Raw Vegan. Most foods are eaten as "mono meals" except when I eat raw meals at restaurants.
