RAW LIFESTYLE COACHING
Raw Lifestyle Coaching (RLC) is designed for people interested in living happier healthier lives by incorporating more fresh, whole, ripe, raw, organic foods in their diet. Not everyone wants to go 100% raw or 100% Vegan. I completely respect that. Your choices and your vision of health are important to me. During our RLC sessions we will work together to establish healthy eating habits that work best for you.
We’ll also discuss the importance of sleep, exercise, fresh air, sunlight and emotional balance. The simplest changes in these areas can make the most profound improvements in your quality of life and how you view the world around you.
With over 10 years of coaching experience in the entertainment industry working with actors and models, I bring a wealth of experience both as a private coach and workshop educator. All RLC sessions are by phone and include one follow up email per session.

How do you book Raw Lifestyle Coaching?
1) Contact me directly at gofruityourself@shaw.ca
2) RLC times will be agreed upon by email.
3) Make your PayPal Payment prior to your RLC.
4) After your payment has been received, an online Evaluation will be emailed to you
with the phone number to call for your RLC session.
5) Email your signed Evaluation back to me at least 24 hrs before your first session.
6) Call the RLC phone number at your appointment time.
7) As questions often come up after you hang up the phone, you are encouraged to send
an email with any questions you may have pertaining to your RLC session.
Raw Lifestyle Coaching Times:
Monday thru Thursday from 5pm-9pm
Raw Lifestyle Coaching Rates:
$150 - First Hour & Online Evaluation
$75 - Each Additional Hour
Raw Lifestyle Coaching Package:
$350 - 4 One-Hour Raw Lifestyle Coaching Sessions & Online Evaluation
