Living and Raw Vegan Foods consist of fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains alive and in their raw natural state with their enzymes, vitamins and minerals in tact.
 
Cooking destroys the vitamins, minerals and enzymes in food. Fresh vegetables and fresh fruits are living foods because their enzymes are alive and the vitamins and minerals are in tact. 
 
As a Raw Lifestyle Coach I will provide you with support and info on which kitchen tools and appliances you'll need for preparing raw foods. You will also be given a variety of recipes to make tasty raw appetizers, lunches, dinners and desserts. When you eat organic raw foods your body not only gets the nutrients it needs but also helps in recovery and healing.
 
In the book "The Mucusless Diet Healing System", it mentions that nearly 100% of all diseases including rare diseases are caused by cooked foods.
 
There are countless testimonies online of people that recovered from their diseases by eating raw vegan foods, some of these people even wrote books about how this diet helped them.
