 Patty wants people to know that any change they make toward a raw food plan is beneficial.  It need not be overwhelming and can be gradual, easy and tasty and FUN.  From her own experience she can greatly reduce the amount of research and fumbling around with a new system by creating a series of easy to assimilate classes that will peak the interest of people interested in improving their health with a whole-foods raw based food plan.

Patty creates luscious easy to prepare (ok some are complex) nutrient rich, tasty, satisfying foods.  She teaches avid learners the steps to going raw easily. Her strengths are research, experience, mistakes and unique creations.
