Pablo was brought up vegetarian from birth.  While living in Barcelona, Spain, 16 years ago, he cut out dairy and eggs and has been eating a 99% vegan diet. He is a lifelong student of nutrition.  He is now a Certified Raw Vegan Nutrition Consultant and is currently advising several clients, designing food plans for them, and holding events speaking to people about the benefits about vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan diets.
