Raw Vegan in Vermont
Nicole Elithorpe
Bridport, Vermont
(available in Addison County and surrounding areas)
I have been a vegetarian
since I was 13. I was however never a "healthy" veggie. I ate alot
of junk food. I played with the idea of going raw for a year and a half. My
first step was becoming vegan to try to cure my vitiligo and
hypothyroidism. . This worked well and it became apparent to me
that becoming
raw was the next step. About 5 months after becoming raw I had released 25
lbs. I feel extremely happy and healthy. My energy level is unbelievable as
is my mental clarity. I feel that my inherent intuitiveness has returned. I
feel totally in tune with my body and
with myself from living a raw lifestyle. I look forward to working with any
and all individuals regardless of their level of rawness or their desires to
go that route. I feel the way we eat is a highly personal choice which can
change often, I feel there is a place for
raw foods in EVERYONES world... to what extent is up to the individual. I
feel there can be healing and health at many levels.
