Kimberly allies with other likeminded beings who wish to journey into greater health and energy using the raw-vegan diet; whether that’s going 100% or including more raw into their diet. She coaches, creates food plans, teaches basic food preparation, sells some goodies she's created and assists in the creation of a stronger body through movement and exercise. She also include her skills as a hypnotherapist to assist clients in overcoming addictive food cravings through the reprogramming of the sub-conscious mind. She feels this makes the transition much more pleasant and permanent.
