Kimberly O’Gorman is certified as a Quantum Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and nutritional consultant. Her educational background includes a degree in communications, behavioral science and English, and she has also worked as a professional writer for many years. Through her many experiences and educational opportunities, Kimberly brings a unique and eclectic approach to working with clients. Each certification she has received has been motivated by the fact that she herself has found significant value in that work personally. This includes Quantum Hypnotherapy and Reiki sessions, (by phone or in person), Reiki classes, Writing classes and workshops, and nutritional coaching.

How did you get interested in the diet? When I was pregnant with my second child at the end of 2003 I met a nurse who was also a raw-vegan. Though I didn’t switch to raw while pregnant, she and I became quite close and she mentored me into the raw-vegan lifestyle. She coached me on the necessary tools, how to prepare recipes from scratch (we spent hours perfecting the best raw chocolate treats ever!) and how to cleanse. I’ve been raw on and off for about 5 years now.
How can people benefit from your
services? I offer a wide spectrum of
services, for those just beginning to advanced students of the lifestyle who are
looking to move forward. I also bring to my practice other areas of expertise
that allow my clients to create more powerful results for themselves. I have 3
children, and I’ve had ups and downs with this lifestyle, so I know how it is to
live in the real day to day life and live this lifestyle. I’ve also received a 4
week certification through the Optimum Health Institute in San Diego, CA, and
I’ve studied many other raw food experts, so I bring to my practice knowledge
from many areas.
