My name is Sibila and I'm originally from South America. I started my cruelty-free journey at the age of 16, I'm 38 now. After enjoying a vegetarian lifestyle for several years I notice my intolerance for dairy, but I decided to continue being a vegetarian.  Two years ago, one day to another I decided to become a vegan. Since living this lifestyle I feel more energetic and healthy. I'm looking for my next step that is to become a 100% vegan, since once a day I have a cooked meal.  I practice Ashtanga Yoga and Vipassana Meditation.

I'm also a Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Nutrition Holistic and Urban Farming Student.  I strongly believe we can use the planet's natural resources. My goal is to help others to achieve a better health and living.

I'm available for consultations by phone and Skype, and personally in Miami Dade, Palm Beach and Broward County Florida.
