Mika specializes in Living & Wholefood Training, Herbs, Aromatherapy & Holistic Synergistic Mixology. She offers Health Consultations (1-5 day training includes kitchen & health food store help), Customized Live/Wholefood Consulting, Flower Essence Services, Aromatherapy & Natural Scent Blending.
Mika is a graduate of Clayton College of Natural Health (Bachelors in Natural Health Studies), and is a Licensed Aesthetician. She is certified in Massage, Aromatherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Personal Training, Meditation, Live Food Coach/Trainer. She is currently working on her Master Herbalist, Doctor of Metaphysics.
Mika is revising her practice and manifesting a new space to have as a central location. Her new practice will also include more living/wholefood education with an herbal foundation. Mika believes the two together make a tremendous impact on health. She loves working one on one with clients that are looking for a healthy, fun, tasty lifestyle that one can live with. It's all about enjoying!!
At festivals, on location and at her central location, Mika has her Temporary Body Art Business "Adorn" which includes face painting, henna & temporary tattoos.
