Anita is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics and Education. She is also a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner with the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants.

She is a Certified Holistic Cook and Raw Chef and studied with The Ekaya Institute of Living Foods.  She loves to create nutrient dense meals in her kitchen and looks at it as a form of meditation.  She has had the opportunity to study Reiki I & II with Reiki Master Alla Markova.

Anita is personally dedicated to natural health and holistic nutrition and lives a life that shows it. Throughout her years she has been sharing her passion through teaching, cooking, researching and consulting. She creates new opportunities to share information and educates others in an area of natural health specifically nutrition.
