Lori has been a very active and health conscious individual her whole life. She first followed the blood type diet for a few years, than realized she had food allergies. Than she went vegetarian, and now vegan. Lori believes in the whole concept of RAW and vegan, and wants to show others how they can incorporate it into their lives.
